Changku a.k.a. Oscar Lobo was born in chaotic Caracas, Venezuela. Relocated to Los Angeles and Bogota, Colombia. He now has his basecamp in South Florida for the last 3 years. Active in the international film community has a passion for narrative films. His expertise has assured him recognition in the local Miami industry also in commercial and documentary work.
